Provide Testing Accounts

i've read in the rules that i should provide credentials that has full access so judge doesn't require to pay anything, so my question is how can i provide these credentials since no input in the process require them ?

    The only reason to include credentials is if your app requires a login and you want us to log into a demo account prepopulated with data.

    Purchases will all be fake in the beta testing environment for Apple or Google so no need to worry about that.
