Concurrent contest entries?

I am also considering entering the same app into the Replit Mobile Buildathon. Since both contests require granting the sponsors a non-exclusive license for promotional purposes, I wanted to ensure this doesn't conflict with Section 4 of your rules, which states that the submission must be "solely owned by the Entrant with no other person or entity having any right or interest in it."
Does granting Replit a non-exclusive promotional license disqualify my entry for the Shipyard contest?
I look forward to your clarification.

    Yep, you are fine to submit to multiple competitions from our side! We cannot speak for Replit's competition rules however.
