Havent recieved the SHIPPING CONTAINER

Greetings, i have signed up a couple of days ago and i haven´t recieved the email with the shipping container. It also says that i should reach out but i dont know where so i post it here

    If you haven't received it within 48 hours after entering the contest, it's a good idea to contact support. Good luck!

    Hi Lautaro and Amine,

    Masha here from RevenueCat.
    I see that the shipping containers were delivered on January 16th and January 15th accordingly. I just resent them for you.
    Let me know if you have any other issues related to Shipping container I can help with.

    Vedat and alearn, both of your emails are scheduled for today's batch, which will come today by the end of the day (depending on your timezone can be tomorrow early morning). This is because shipping container is not being sent on the weekend. If tomorrow you still don't get it - please feel free to flag it to me here or on discord.

    Hi Evanson,
    I see your profile in our system, the email has been filtered out though becuase I see you participated in our previous hackathon (Shipaton) but there is no associated RevenueCat id. Perhaps you signed up to RC with another email, if that is so - please send it my way and once checked, I will send you a shipping container.

    Hi Masha, thanks for checking. Hmm that’s weird, I only used one email for signing up, which is the same email currently shown in my profile. I didn’t use any other email for RevenueCat. Is it possible to send the container to my current email?

    Oh, I see now. I needed to create a RevenueCat account using the same email in my profile. I previously used a different account. I’ve just signed up with RevenueCat using my profile email, please let me know if you can see it now. Thank you!

    Hi Vedat,
    I passed this information to Matt, I think we might need a bit more information so he might reach out with followups. If the issue is with offers limited in quality than they might've ran out, the rest should be working just fine.

    Hi Evanson, can you give me the email for previously used different account please? There is no need to register again with RC if you already have an account, I just need to validate that account exists and is being used.
