Clarification on Platform Requirements for Submission

The submission guidelines state that apps can be submitted for either iOS or Android (at least one platform required). However, I noticed that most of the influencers appear to primarily use iOS devices (besides Sam Beckman who uses both), which suggests an Android-only submission might be at a disadvantage during judging.
I'm planning to build my app using Kotlin Multiplatform, which would provide full source code for both Android and iOS but I currently don't have access to a MacOS device, so I can only provide a working build for Android at submission time.
