Mobile app only?

Hello, i am looking and the details dosen't specify.

I am considering creating a webapp for the VF challenge, and i am not sure if that counts or not.

Why?
-Easier than a mobile for an MVP(less testing on each device)
-Can be easily ported to a Mobile App down the road, once the backend is stablish and well tested.

  Unfortunately, we're only accepting mobile apps for this challenge! Apps must be on TestFlight (iOS) or Play Internal Testing (Android), but not the public stores, upon submission. thanks!
